Mono Quad System is for use with HMCs and rotary indexers for machining up to 8 parts in one setup; feature low profile clamping mechanism that allows for maximum jaw machinability and reversible quick-change soft jaws resulting in greater flexibility and more cost-effective operation; telescopic cover for the precision leadscrew provides protection from chip damage; Quad Monoblock is built with a hard-coated aluminum body for less weight on the machine table; full 8-in. jaw travel allows for running more parts on each vise position; hardened and ground steel guideways resist wear to ensure maximum durability and smooth operation.
