Precision casters for ultra-heavy loads of up to 17,000 lbs. each are engineered to provide increased life expectancy in severe industrial applications; swivel caster construction features a mounting plate and horn base made of S.A.E. 1045 drop-forged steel ma-chined for a 7-in. diameter precision unit load bearing; side thrust absorbed by an automotive-type precision tapered thrust bearing that surrounds an unyielding 1 1/ 4-in. diameter kingpin; choice of wheels from 6- to 16-in. diameter and several wheel types; equipped with 1 1/ 4-in. precision tapered roller bearings.
