Welding conference set for June

Welding conference set for June. The Fifth International Conference on Trends in Welding Research will be held June 1-5 at the Callaway Gardens Resort in Pine Mountain, Ga. Co-sponsored by ASM International and the American Welding Society, the conference will allow participants to meet leading welding researchers from all over the world. Presentations will cover basic and applied welding research in areas such as laser welding, resistance to spot welding, friction stir welding and many more. In addition, the conference includes presentations on the advances in welding for the automotive, aerospace and shipbuilding industries.
