BSA to meet on Amelia Island

Members of the Bearing Specialists Assn. should prepare to be dazzled and pampered during the group's 1998 Annual Convention. The meeting will be held at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island on Amelia Island, Fla. April 25-29.

The theme of this year's meeting is "Balance of Power,'' taking a look at what initiates power shifts in the distribution channel and how companies can most effectively respond. Scott Shuster of Business Week will be the keynote speaker. Shuster -- a former Associated Press editor and ABC News correspondent -- is known for his up-to-the-minute knowledge of international business and the political influences that shape it. His presentation will focus on how those factors influence the bearings industry and the industries that drive bearings -- food, paper, steel, autos, and more...
