ISD elects new board members and officers

The sixth annual meeting of the Independent Sealing Distributors, held in November in Monterey, Calif., was the association's most successful with over 250 attendees. During the meeting, the group elected officers for 1998.

Jerald Jones, president of Valley of Birmingham located in Pelham, Ala., was elected president of the association; Robert Kane, president of Hoffman-Kane Distributors, Inc, in Pittsburgh, Pa. was elected vice president; John Raczenski, president of Anchor Industrial Sales, Inc. in Kernersville, N.C. was named treasurer.

Two new members were also elected to ISD's board of directors at the meeting. Susan L. Pyle, president of Packings & Gaskets, Inc. of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Michael Lentz, vice president of Rubber & Specialties, Inc. of Mobile, Ala. were both elected to three-year terms...
