Felton Brush, Inc., a brush manufacturer based in Manchester, N.H., has entered into an agreement to sell its Standard Products division to Hamburg Industries, Inc. of Hamburg, Pa. Both companies are two of the oldest brush and broom manufacturers in the United States; Felton was established in 1852 and Hamburg in 1894...Effective in November, AM Industries became part of Segro/Colonial Abrasives... Adhesive maker Bostik has acquired the Sharenet(reg) business of Applied Extrusion Technologies, a worldwide firm based in Peabody, Mass....Ingersoll-Rand has acquired Thermo King, a manufacturer of transport temperature control systems, from Westinghouse Electric Corp. for approximately $2.56 billion...Electronics distributor Schuster Electronics has acquired CMD Electronics of Pittsburgh, Pa....In late November, the McGraw Group of Richmond, Va. and Greensboro, N.C. announced plans to merge with MRO and contractor supplies distributor S&K/Air Power Tool and Supply Corp. of Mattoon, Ill. The McGraw Group was formed by the recent merger of James McGraw, Inc. and Industrial Transmission company. The firm's sales now total $105 million... Applied Industrial Technologies has signed a letter of intent to acquire Associated Bearings Co. of Kansas City, Mo.
