Cambar releases system upgrade

Charleston, S.C.--Cambar Software, Inc., has announced the release of CSW Base 110, the latest version of its top-tier Client/Server Warehousing management system. The software automates all major warehouse functions and the company says warehouse managers will benefit by streamlining their distribution process.

The new software receives fabrication or conversion work orders from the host system and can print CSW reports and documents in any language. It also supports value-added processes that can be configured to support the needs of most distribution centers, helps manage dock door scheduling and track carrier and vendor information. The company made the announcement at Scan-Tech '97 in Chicago recently.
