PTDA offers two new business resources

The Power Transmission Distributors Assn. recently published two new resources for distributors. The "1997 Cross-Industry Compensation Study" allows power transmission and motion control distributors to compare their compensation packages to their own and eight other distribution industries. Another publication, "Human Resources Solutions: Sales Job Descriptions & Evaluations" is designed to help distributors write accurate job descriptions and develop performance programs for sales employees.
