Hosted by the Brown Smith Wallace Consulting Group, the fair contains many of the features of a live trade show and presents them in the virtual on line world of the Internet. There is no charge to attend from the comfort of your office or home.
Today Richard Hadden, a consultant specializing in employee relations, delivered the keynote address on "Making the Connection Between People and Profits."
Hadden told the Tech Fair about some of the success enjoyed by companies that have acquired well-deserved reputations as great places to work, citing Southwest Airlines, Toyota and Chick-fil-A, among other companies.
“Creating a great place to work is one of the best things a company can do for its bottom line,” Hadden told his virtual audience.
